After you’ve done your homework and read the reviews about that used car or truck you’re considering, Kijiji’s new dealer ratings system is the simplest, smartest, way to kick the tires on dealers to find out how they perform as experienced by regular customers.
How does it work?
When viewing a vehicle ad, you’ll see a green star rating system from one to five below the car dealership’s logo, plus the number of reviews that users have submitted. Seeing lots of stars? That’s a great thing. The higher the number, the better the rating, and the more you can rest assured you’ll be in good hands.
When you click on the stars, a popup displays all of the ratings and reviews from the customers who’ve dealt with that particular dealership. You’ve now got instant and invaluable feedback without even having to leave the ad!
An independent third party monitors reviews and stars.
The review system is handled entirely by Mobials/ Reviewsii, a neutral third party that ensures every review is written by a real human customer. People who wish to leave a review need to verify their identity, confirm that they are not associated with any competing business, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
