All models of the Honda Ridgeline performed well in safety tests. Many, including the most recent model, received top overall ratings for its class from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Models from 2010 come with an impressive list of safety features, including:

• Stability control, which helps you to maintain control and decrease the risk of a roll-over
• Front, side-impact, and overhead airbags in case of collision
• Brake and lane-watch assist to alert you of people, vehicles or other obstacles in your blind spot (newer models)

Honda Ridgeline Interior

A significant upside to purchasing the Honda Ridgeline is the comfortable interior. Heated front and rear seats are available in more recent models. Drivers can also opt for a heated steering wheel and tri-zone climate control, putting your comfort very much in your hands. The Honda Ridgeline is a family-friendly truck, with three full sets of LATCH seats coming standard in each model. Materials used to make up the seat and consoles are soft to the touch, durable and easy to clean.

Honda Ridgeline Technology

The Honda Ridgeline pickup truck comes with a good range of technological features. At the centre of many of these features is the available infotainment system. In the most recent models, it comes standard with an 8-inch display and Apple and Android integration. Some complain that the infotainment system is confusing and hard to use, but a quick review of the user manual should clear things up for most users. Other features available on newer models include:

• Truck-bed audio system, so you can play your music outdoors during BBQs or while camping (2017)
• 200-watt audio system, featuring seven speakers and a subwoofer (from 2018)

Entertainment-wise, older models around 2011 only come standard with a six-speaker CD/mp3 stereo and auxiliary audio jack, while Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to easily connect your phone, became available on RTL models as of 2009.

Honda Ridgeline Space

The Honda Ridgeline comes with a ton of cabin space. With seating for up to five, it makes it easy to take your family or friends down to the lake on the weekend. It also includes rear foldable seats, giving you extra storage space in the cabin for cargo. This might come in handy given that the truck bed is on the smaller side at 5.3 feet and a volume of 34 cubic feet.

Honda Ridgeline Comfort

Powered by a 3.5 L V6 engine, the Honda Ridgeline is a lot of fun to drive. Honda has focused on comfort giving the vehicle MacPherson strut suspension so that it can take the bumps with ease. Though, it is worth noting that performance may suffer if you approach max towing capacity.
