Enter the Honda Accord, originally a two-door hatchback powered by a 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine. The Honda Accord continued to draw praise over its sixth and seventh generations with upgraded engines and ever-increasing dimensions, keeping its handling fun while making it even more practical. The eighth generation grew again and was reclassified as a full-size car. The handling became a little softer around the edges and buyers feared the Honda Accord had lost some of its sporting prowess. This was remedied by the ninth generation with reduced dimensions that made it a mid-size vehicle once again. The tenth generation improved the handling further with new chassis tuning.
