The first-generation Audi A4 arrived in 1996 with the aim of refreshing the manufacturer's reputation and revitalizing the Audi lineup. In the most recent generation of Audi A4, the vehicle's infotainment capabilities have been further upgraded with Audi's "Virtual Cockpit" architecture which replaces analog dials behind the steering wheel with a single screen capable of showing revs, speed, navigation and other useful information.
